Returning Items Purchased Online
Alondra Press accepts returns of books within thirty days of purchase. The items must be in saleable condition and accompanied with the store receipt or the email order confirmation. Returns are refunded in kind; i.e. credit cards are credited or refund checks are mailed after your check clears. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of an error on our part.
